Have a Fitness test conducted at Penn State's Student Fitness Assessment Center (requires student to be enrolled in KINES 61, 65, 67, 72, 84, 93, or 201 or Fitness Pass members must purchase the additional benefit with their membership)1 hour
Attend a "Fitness Yoga" class through PSU Fitness (need current student fitness pass)1 hour
Participate in an intramural sport you have never played before>1 hour
Take a cardio class that is unfamiliar to you through PSU Fitness1 hour
