Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- Taco seasoning of choice
- Water (as needed)
- Lettuce, shredded
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 jar salsa
- Plain Greek yogurt (optional)
- Avocado, sliced
- Flour or corn tortillas
Directions:
- In a large skillet, brown chicken and drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning according to packet.
- Assemble tacos as desired.
