No one will know there are black beans in them!

Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp canola oil
- ¼ c cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ c white sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- ¾ c chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Lightly spray an 8×8 square baking dish with cooking spray.
- Drain and rinse black beans. Combine black beans, eggs, oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sugar, salt and instant coffee in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Mix chocolate chips into the batter and pour into a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until butter knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
