Banana Frozen Yogurt

Ice cream with one ingredient!

Ingredients:​

  • 2-3 frozen bananas (freeze over-ripened ones to prevent waste and save money!)​
  • ¼ c of milk of choice (almond, soy or skim milk)​
  • Optional add-ins: vanilla, cocoa powder, peanut butter, frozen berries

Directions:​

  1. Freeze ripened bananas for about 3 hours (or overnight).​
  2. Mix in milk and any desired add-ins.​
  3. Blend until you get a creamy consistency.​
  4. Put in freezer for another 15 minutes (if desired) or eat right away.
