Ice cream with one ingredient!

Ingredients:
- 2-3 frozen bananas (freeze over-ripened ones to prevent waste and save money!)
- ¼ c of milk of choice (almond, soy or skim milk)
- Optional add-ins: vanilla, cocoa powder, peanut butter, frozen berries
Directions:
- Freeze ripened bananas for about 3 hours (or overnight).
- Mix in milk and any desired add-ins.
- Blend until you get a creamy consistency.
- Put in freezer for another 15 minutes (if desired) or eat right away.
