Ingredients:
- 2-3 Bell peppers
- 1 jar of pizza sauce
- 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, broccoli, artichokes)
- Red pepper, oregano, cilantro, avocado (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut the bell peppers in half and take out the seeds.
- Put a spoonful of pizza sauce inside and top with cheese.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Add any additional toppings after baking like avocado, cilantro and spices.
