Bell Pepper Pizzas

Ingredients:​

  • 2-3 Bell peppers​
  • 1 jar of pizza sauce ​
  • 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese ​
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, broccoli, artichokes) ​
  • Red pepper, oregano, cilantro, avocado (optional)​

Directions:​

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.​
  2. Cut the bell peppers in half and take out the seeds.​
  3. Put a spoonful of pizza sauce inside and top with cheese.​
  4. Add your favorite toppings. ​
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.​
  6. Add any additional toppings after baking like avocado, cilantro and spices.
