A delicious dip for chips and vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 3 avocados
- ½ red onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 Tbsp cilantro (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions:
- Mince red onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Dice the tomato.
- Cut each avocado in half and scoop out the pit. Remove outer skin from avocado. Mash the avocados together in a bowl.
- Add red onion, jalapeno, tomato and cilantro to mashed avocado. Mix in lime juice.
- Add salt and pepper slowly to preferred tasting.
