Ingredients:
- ¼ block extra firm tofu
- ¾ c green beans
- ¾ c jasmine rice
- ground pepper
- olive oil
- sesame seeds
Stir-fry Sauce
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps esame oil
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
Directions:
- Cube the tofu and cut the green beans in half.
- Over medium heat, pan fry the tofu in olive oil, making sure to coat in pepper on each side.
- Prepare rice as directed on the box.
- Once the tofu has a golden brown coating, add in the green beans and additional pepper to taste.
- When the green beans begin to soften, take off the heat.
- On the side, mix together the stir-fry sauce.
- In a bowl, add jasmine rice, green beans, tofu and sauce. Stir well to coat.
- Top with sesame seeds to your liking.
