A cheesy sandwich and side combo

Ingredients:
- 1 (5oz) can of tuna, drained
- ½ small onion, chopped or minced
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- black pepper to taste
- 6 slices pickled jalapeno (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, combine tuna, onion and black pepper. Divide mixture onto 2 halves of bread.
- (optional) Arrange 3 slices jalapenos on each bread half.
- Top each bread half with a slice of Cheddar cheese. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble.
