This snack is super easy and quick to make for avocado and vegan lovers!

Ingredients:
- 1 15-oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 large ripe avocado, pitted and sliced
- ¼ c fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 2 Tbsp green onions, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Bread of your choice
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, etc.
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, smash the chickpeas and avocado together using a fork or large spoon.
- Stir in the cilantro, green onions and lime juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread onto bread and top with your favorite sandwich toppings.
