This fall University Health Services created party smart guides for students living on and off campus.  We hope the information helps you stay safe and have a trouble-free year at Penn State.  There’s a guide for students living on campus:  On Campus Guide (accessible). The guides were funded through a grant from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.  The project was a collaboration between University Health Services and State College Police Department.
